Refund Policy – Draze

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Not happy with your Draze purchase? No problem — you can return or exchange your Draze order within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are completely free of charge. Our goal is to make sure you love your Draze look.


Easy Returns

  • For prepaid orders: All approved returns or exchanges will be refunded back to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: The order value will be refunded to your bank account. You will be required to share your bank or UPI details for processing the refund.
    Note: COD charges are non-refundable.

Want to Exchange for a Different Product?

Exchanging is quick and simple. Just pick another product you like:

  • If the new product is priced higher, you can pay the difference.
  • If it is priced lower, the balance amount will be issued as a gift card.

Return / Exchange Process

You can return or exchange your Draze products in 6 simple steps (within 7 days of delivery):

  1. Visit your Draze website
  2. Log in to your account and navigate to the Return/Exchange section
  3. Enter your registered email ID or phone number used while placing the order
  4. Select the order you wish to return or exchange
  5. Choose the appropriate reason and click Proceed
  6. Verify your pickup and delivery details (you can edit them if required)

Once done, we’ll handle the rest to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.


Important Notes

  • Exchange policy is currently valid only within India
  • Product images may be requested for verification
  • For cases involving missing or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory

Defective / Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, simply contact us on WhatsApp with clear images or an unboxing video. We’ll arrange for a replacement at the earliest.


No Return Policy (Applicable on “NORETURN” Coupon)

Orders placed using the “NORETURN” coupon are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.


Exchange Policy

  • Only size exchanges are permitted for such orders
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock
  • If the requested size is unavailable, no return or refund will be processed

Price Difference (Exchange Upgrade)

  • You may exchange for a higher-value product by paying the price difference
  • Exchange for a lower-value product is not permitted

Additional Guidelines

  • No refunds, store credits, or cancellations will be applicable for orders placed using the “NORETURN” coupon
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within the specified time frame
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags intact
