Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹100 cash handling fee is applicable. This fee is non-refundable in case of returns.

Order Delivery Time

At Draze, we aim to deliver quickly. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours, as we handle our own production and inventory. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

• Metro Cities: Delivery within 1–4 days after dispatch
• Rest of India: Delivery within 4–7 days after dispatch

Shipping Locations

We deliver across India, ensuring Draze reaches customers nationwide.

Track Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID via email and WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your shipment status.

Reverse Pickup

If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address. In such cases, the courier charges will be reimbursed upon submitting a valid courier receipt.
